- Developing strategies for obtaining necessary permits and approvals in compliance with Russian legislation, clarification of coordination procedures with federal, regional and municipal authorities.
- Development and submission of design documentation and engineering survey reports for state expert review (State Expert Review of the Russian Federation), state environmental review (State Environmental Expert Review of the Russian Federation), preparing explanatory statements with regard to experts’ comments and their reconciliation with the client;
- Support of design documentation during Federal Agency for Fishery of the Russian Federation review;
- Obtaining permits for activities in territorial waters of the Russian Federation.
